The entire backyard (rear walls + garage sides) has heavy paint failure on the sage shingle siding. Plan on full scrape, sand, and prime across all rear-facing walls before any topcoat.

Paint the entire interior (both levels of the split-level, including all bedrooms). The interior walls are the same warm white as the exterior body — inside and outside match (Jose picks one of the three options below). Interior trim and doors are a brighter white (Behr Frost is just a reference, equivalent is fine).
